I work with women who are used to being the capable one. The one who keeps things running at work and at home, who remembers what everyone else needs, and who has become very good at pushing through.
On the outside, it looks like you’re handling it. On the inside, you may feel tired, scattered, or quietly disconnected from yourself.
Sometimes you’re not stuck. Life has simply been loud for a long time, and your own voice got buried under everyone else’s needs. That’s where I meet people, and that’s where our work begins.
I’m based in Memphis, Tennessee, and I work with people in person and around the world via Zoom.

MY ROOTS
Where I come from shapes how I listen.
I was born in Chon Buri, Thailand, to Cambodian refugee parents. They survived the Khmer Rouge era and started over in the United States, where I grew up.
Resilience was part of the air in our home. So was the quiet belief that being strong means holding it all together: pressing on, getting it done, and never stopping to ask what you need.
I recognize that pattern in so many of the women I work with. Often it began as something that kept a family going. It deserves to be honored, and it may also be worth asking whether it still fits the life you’re living now.
My parents carried what they carried so that I could have the room to ask these questions. I believe you can honor your family’s story and still choose which parts of it you carry forward.
These are my earthly roots. Further down the page, I share my soul roots too.
MY STORY
I live in two worlds, and I don’t see them as opposites.
I started my corporate career young, and I still work in accounting and finance today. Much of my work is reconciliation: finding the place where the numbers say one thing and reality says another, then tracing it back until it makes sense. I’m good at it, and I genuinely enjoy it.
Outside the office, I’m a mother, a wife, and a daughter. I know deadlines, month end, full calendars, and the steady pressure of being someone people depend on.
In a way, I never changed professions. I still look for the places where things don’t match. I just do it with people instead of transactions.
In September 2024, I founded Cosmic Novia Seraph LLC alongside my career, on purpose. I’m not asking anyone to escape ordinary life in order to have a meaningful inner life. I’m interested in helping you become more present within the life you already have.
THE SEASON THAT CHANGED THINGS
I know what it feels like to run on empty.
For a long stretch, I ran on whatever was left after everyone else had what they needed. On paper, everything looked fine. Underneath, I was depleted, and that burnout is what finally made me look at my life differently.
Change started small. I gave myself time outdoors, again and again, until my body remembered what calm felt like. I let ordinary joys count again. Slowly, I learned that I was allowed to put things down.
The afternoon I knew
Long before I had any training to point to, people were already finding their way to me for perspective.
One session made it unmistakable. A woman arrived weighed down by something she couldn’t quite name. I played the bowls, and we gently looked at what was sitting underneath. By the time she left, the way she talked about her worth, her work, and money had shifted.
Nothing outside her had changed, yet she walked out standing differently. That’s when I knew this was my work.
MY PATH
How the practice found me
The training came after the experience, not before it.

- 2022My first crystal singing bowlTuned to the crown. I like to say I opened from the top down rather than the bottom up.

WHY I DO THIS WORK
Most of the women I meet don’t need to try harder.
They’ve already read the books, listened to the podcasts, journaled, prayed, meditated, and tried to think their way through what they’re feeling. What’s often missing is space.
Space to slow down. Space to feel. Space to notice what the body and emotions have been communicating, and to hear your own thoughts underneath everyone else’s expectations.
I don’t approach people as problems to be fixed. I believe rest can be productive, that clarity often comes when we stop forcing an answer, and that the person you’re looking for has usually been there all along, underneath the pressure.
You can be strong and still be tired.
You are probably not lost. You may simply be exhausted from carrying so much for so long that you have not had enough quiet to hear yourself.

HOW I WORK
Sometimes we begin with conversation. Sometimes with the body, with sound, or with silence.
Every session doesn’t need every method. I respond to the person in front of me, so the experience feels personal rather than formulaic.
Guided Conversation
Honest, grounded conversation about what’s really happening, and help recognizing the patterns underneath it.
Sound
Crystal singing bowls, chimes, grounding instruments, and voice, used intentionally to help a busy mind settle into presence.
Body & Breath
Gentle somatic awareness, breath, and grounding practices that help you notice what you’re carrying and support a calmer nervous system.
Deeper Exploration
Intuitive insight, celestial coaching, and Akashic perspectives when you ask for them. Always an invitation, never a requirement.

THE NAMES I CARRY
Where Cosmic Novia Seraph comes from
People often ask about the name. Each word grew out of my own spiritual practice, and each one holds something I care about.
Cosmic
The vastness we all belong to. A reminder that there’s more to you than the roles you carry, and more possibility in your life than the pressure lets you see.
Novia
New beginnings, love, and partnership. It’s also the name of the angelic circle I call on in my practice, the Novia Angels, whose way is mercy, forgiveness, and compassion.
Seraph
In many traditions, the Seraphim are angels of light and sacred fire. For me they stand for clear intention, illumination, and the courage to let your own light be seen.
Ordained Seraphim Director
In January 2023, I began working deeply with the Akashic Records. In August of that year, my Records revealed a role I hadn’t asked for and couldn’t have named on my own: Seraphim Director.
As I understand it, the role asks me to work alongside the angelic realm with mercy and forgiveness at the center, and to help people reconnect with the parts of themselves, especially the inner child, that grew quiet while they were busy surviving. It also asks me to lead by example. I carry the title with reverence.
Voice of the Seraphim
My voice has always been part of how I heal. When my first crystal bowl arrived in 2022, I began singing into it before I understood why.
My Records show voice running through lifetime after lifetime: a young singer who sang healing to the sick, a healer in ancient Uruk who spoke intention into water, and a Sirian lineage of sound and tone. The same message keeps returning: my intentioned voice is a medicine.
Voice of the Seraphim is how I name that calling. I use voice, sacred sound, and presence to help quiet what’s loud, inside and around you, so that deeper listening becomes possible.
Akashic Librarian
My Records describe me as a custodian of a celestial library, a keeper of cosmic knowledge that comes through as clear knowing rather than step by step reasoning.
As an Akashic Librarian, I don’t read your Records for you. I help you open and read your own, so the wisdom of your soul’s journey becomes something you can actually use in this life.
These are my spiritual experiences and how I understand them. I share them so you know where the name comes from, not so you’ll adopt my beliefs. You don’t need to share them to work with me. If the deeper side calls to you, it’s here when you’re ready.
MY SOUL STORY
Before this lifetime
I believe we are more than human. We are souls having a human experience, and many of us carry memories from far beyond this world.
Through my Akashic Records and a galactic soul reading, I’ve come to understand my soul’s journey as one that began in the angelic realm and traveled through several star systems before arriving here, as Sokpheak, in this life.

The Angelic Realm
Where it began
My soul first served in the angelic realm, learning healing under Archangel Raphael and later choosing to work with Archangel Ariel, guardian of animals and nature.
In my work now: It’s the root of why I’m always drawn to heal, nurture, and restore.
The Pleiades · Taygeta
A priestess of flowers
A priestess in a sisterhood that honored the living intelligence of nature, offering flowers and building crystal grids to keep the land in harmony.
In my work now: It lives in the crystals, flowers, and sacred geometry I bring into sessions.
Lyra & Vega
A guardian of land and air
A gentle guardian tending Lyra’s early fields and seasons, and in Vega, an air elemental keeping the sky in balance through vibration and movement.
In my work now: It’s why I serve through frequency and flow, and why nature is still where I reset.
Orion
A keeper of sanctuary
During a time of great conflict, a monk who took no sides and kept a quiet monastery where anyone weary could find food, medicine, and rest.
In my work now: It’s how I still hold space: available when called, without needing to fix or force.
Andromeda
An architect of light
A crystal architect who built grids that gathered the light of the sun, creating spaces where beings could walk through refracted light to clear and renew.
In my work now: It shapes how I design sessions as sanctuaries, and my love of working with light.
Sirius
The lineage of sound
A solar healer of the Sirian mystery schools, in resonance with Isis and Sekhmet, who carried sound, tone, and light to mothers and new life.
In my work now: My Cosmic Sound Healing comes from this lineage, and so does the rebirth at the heart of the Empowered Balanced Pathway™.
Here on Earth, my Records show many lifetimes too: a gardener in Lemuria who spoke with plants and trees, a healer and channeler in ancient Egypt, and a teacher who prepared others for a life of service.

The thread through every lifetime
Whether as a priestess, a guardian, a monk, or an architect of light, my soul’s service has never been conquest. It has always been restoration: bringing balance between spirit and matter, sky and soil, sound and silence.
Now, as Sokpheak, all of those threads meet in one ordinary, beautiful human life, with a corporate job, a family, and a full calendar. That’s the point. The celestial was always meant to be lived here.

My role is not to tell you who to become. It is to help you hear yourself clearly enough to decide.

Nature
Time outdoors is my simplest reset. My soul has tended flowers, fields, and sky before, so trees and water still restore me like nothing else.
Sound
My bowls aren’t only for clients. Singing into them is one of the ways I come back to myself, again and again.
Learning
I love anything metaphysical and the study of higher consciousness. What excites me is making that wisdom practical for everyday life.
Ordinary joy
Joy, staying grounded, and doing what keeps my heart open. When my days drift from those, I feel it long before I can explain it.
