WHERE WE BEGIN
You don’t have to know what you need yet.
Most people don’t arrive with a clear request. They arrive tired. Their mind won’t slow down, or they’ve changed in ways their life hasn’t caught up with yet, or they honestly can’t remember the last time they checked in with themselves.
That is a perfectly good place to start.
We might start by talking, by settling the body, with sound, or simply with quiet. If the work becomes spiritual, we follow that too. You don’t need any spiritual background to work with me, and you won’t be asked to adopt anyone’s beliefs. We begin with the person who is actually here.

COACHING
1:1 Celestial Guidance Sessions
Grounded conversation and intuitive insight for when you’re carrying a decision, a transition, or a question you can’t quite put down. Before we meet, you’ll receive an integration worksheet to help you arrive with what matters most. The four session Ascension Rebirth series moves through Foundation, Alignment, Integration, and Ascension.

SOUND
Cosmic Sound Healing
Crystal singing bowls, shamanic drum, voice, and breath give your nervous system space to settle. Each length goes a little deeper. The 60 minute session is the deepest, working with the sacred flames and leaving time to talk through what surfaced and how to care for yourself afterward.

Akashic Soul Records Reading
For those drawn to a deeper spiritual lens. I guide you into your own records to explore the patterns and questions that keep surfacing, and to gently clear and shift what you find along your timeline. Oracle and Akashic cards add another layer of insight, and the 90 minute reading gives us room to go further.

Questions people often ask
Do I need to be spiritual to work with you?
No. Many people I work with don’t identify as spiritual at all. We start with what is actually happening in your life, and the deeper spiritual work is there if and when you want it.
Are sessions online or in person?
Both. Sessions are held via Zoom for clients anywhere in the world, and in person in the Memphis area by request.
How do I know which session is right for me?
The guide above is a good starting point, and a free discovery call is the easiest way to decide together. I’ll tell you honestly what I think would serve you, including when something else would be a better fit.
I’ve already tried a lot of things. Why would this be different?
Many of my clients have read the books, journaled, meditated, or gone to therapy. Often what has been missing isn’t another technique. It’s space to slow down long enough to hear themselves.
Is this a replacement for therapy or medical care?
No. Coaching, sound, and somatic practices are supportive practices that can help you slow down and reconnect with yourself. They can sit alongside professional care, and they aren’t a substitute for it.
