Cosmic Novia Seraph LLC offers coaching, sound healing, Akashic and intuitive readings, programs, courses, and related resources for personal and spiritual development.

  • Intuitive and spiritual insights are offered for your reflection and personal discernment. You decide what fits for you.

  • If you are pregnant, or have a seizure disorder, a sound sensitivity, or a hearing condition, please check with your doctor before a sound healing session and let us know beforehand.

3. Sessions

  • Sessions are held online by Zoom or in person in the Memphis, Tennessee area.
  • What you share in a session is kept confidential, except where disclosure is required by law or needed to protect someone’s safety.
  • Sessions may not be recorded by either party without both parties’ agreement.
  • For online sessions, you are responsible for a stable internet connection and a quiet, private space.

4. Payment and Billing
Payment is due before access to a session, program, course, or digital product is granted, unless you have chosen an approved payment plan.
Payments are processed by secure third parties such as Stripe and PayPal. Your full card details are never stored on our servers.
If you choose a payment plan, you agree to complete all scheduled payments.

5. Cancellations, Rescheduling, and Refunds
Cancellations, rescheduling, and refunds are covered by our Refund & Returns Policy, which is part of these Terms. If a specific product or program page states different terms, those terms apply to that offering.

6. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including text, graphics, video, audio, workbooks, course materials, frameworks, branding, and digital downloads, belongs to Cosmic Novia Seraph LLC unless otherwise noted.
