Overview
Every offering at Cosmic Novia Seraph, LLC is created with care and intention. Most of what we offer is either time reserved just for you or content delivered instantly, so we keep the policy below. By purchasing or booking through this website, you agree to these terms.

Digital Products
Digital products, including PDFs, workbooks, downloadable content, recorded trainings, and online courses, are non-refundable once access has been delivered.
If you have any trouble accessing or downloading your purchase, email sokpheak@cosmicnoviaseraph.com and we’ll make sure you receive it.

Sessions and Services
This includes Celestial Coaching, 1:1 Celestial Guidance Sessions, Cosmic Sound Healing, Akashic Soul Records Readings, and other individual services.

  • Sessions are non-refundable once booked.
  • You may reschedule with at least 24 hours’ notice, using the link in your confirmation email or by emailing us.
  • Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice, and missed sessions, are forfeited.
  • If you arrive late, your session will still end at its scheduled time.
  • Before your session, you may switch to a different session length or service by paying any difference in price. Differences aren’t refunded when moving to a shorter session.
  • If we need to cancel or reschedule your session for any reason, you’ll be offered a new time or a full refund, whichever you prefer.
  • If a technical issue on our side interrupts an online session, we’ll reschedule the remaining time at no cost.

Packages and Programs
This includes multi-session packages and programs such as The Empowered Balanced Pathway™.

  • All payments are non-refundable.
  • Package sessions must be used within 4 months of purchase.
  • A payment plan is a commitment to the full program price. Stepping away early does not cancel remaining payments.
  • If a scheduled payment doesn’t go through, sessions may pause until it’s resolved.

Results
Every person’s experience is different, so specific results can’t be guaranteed.

Exceptional Circumstances
Life happens. In rare situations, such as a serious medical emergency, a refund or credit may be considered at our sole discretion. Please reach out directly if you believe your situation qualifies.

Payment Questions
If something about a charge doesn’t look right, please email us first. Most questions can be resolved quickly and directly.

Your Rights
Nothing in this policy limits any rights you may have under the consumer protection laws where you live.
